Follow the Instructions to download and install the Pulseway remote management agent for your operating system.

• Click the button corresponding to the Operating System running on your computer. If you are running windows, but do not know if you have a 64-Bit or 32-Bit operating system, please call support.

• Once the file has downloaded, run the program. If done successfully you will see this screen.

• Click "Next >" at the bottom of the window, and then click the circle next to "I Agree".

• Click "Next >" and click the button next to "Everyone".

• Click "Next >" again and allow the program to install. Sometimes, it may ask if you want this program to make changes to your computer, please click Yes. Once installed you will be shown this window.

• Click on the text box that says, "Computer Name" and change it to the name provided to you in your support contract. Then click on "OK" in the bottom right-hand corner to complete the installation. From here, MITS will do all configuration of the software remotely.
